2. Precision Cold Roll Forming

The exterior skins of the sandwich panels are shaped using our integrated cold roll forming units. This ensures that the ribbing and interlocking joints (tongue and groove) are consistent, providing superior weatherproofing and structural integrity for steel structure building projects. The precision of the Parfu system reduces material waste and ensures a tight fit during on-site installation.

3. Advanced Control & Automation

Equipped with a centralized PLC touch-screen interface, operators can easily adjust panel lengths, production speeds, and adhesive application rates.
